Waacking is a form of street dance created in the LGBT clubs of Los Angeles during the 1970s disco era. Typically done to 70s disco music, the style is extremely expressive, free and musical form of dance that is characterised by rotational arm movements and posing with a strong emphasis on musicality and improvised performance.
